Generation Mechanism of SWNT

The generation mechanism of SWNT is not known yet. The role of metal atoms in the generation process is explored through Cluster Beam Experiments using FT-ICR, Laser-Oven macroscopic generation, and Molecular Dynamics Simulation.

Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Hydrogen Storage by SWNT

Preliminary experiments shows that carbon nanotube can be the excellent material for hydrogen storage.

Compared with metal alloys, carbon is light weighted!

The preliminary simulation of the adsorption process is calculated by classical molecular dynamics simulation.

Caution. No quantum effect, no accurate potential, and no chemical reaction.
